Please help us use the video notification system （ Live119 ）.

Chiba Fire Fighting Joint Command Center started to operate the video call system （ and Live119 ） in May 2024.
When a smart phone call is deemed necessary by the command and control staff, the caller may be asked to send a video report via the video reporting system （ Live119 ）.
